As we all set our New Year’s resolutions, let’s not fall for the unattainable physical images society portrays for us to try to mimic.
If your resolution is to alter anything of your physical being, make sure it is for no one other than yourself. More importantly, confirm with yourself that this goal is not being set unknowingly by our falsely depicted society.
It may sound cliche but we are all truly beautiful in our own unique way. Don’t alter what makes you unique for something as simple as our society.

I like the contrast of the message, “Hello Beautiful” to the dingy wall and old building. The wall and the building reinforce the message that everything has beauty. Those seeking to improve physical, mental, emotional self, be honest with yourself on the why. Happy New Year!
